We do not accept prepayments. However, you can rest assured that by notifying us in advance or by receiving our confirmation of your online reservation or notice, we guarantee our presence on the ski slope and the availability of ski lessons.
Yes. Everyone using the ski lifts on the slope needs a ski pass.
Yes. Wearing a helmet is mandatory on the ski slope, especially for all minors participating in ski lessons. It is also recommended for adults.
No. Lessons take place in all weather conditions, as long as the ski lifts are operating. They say there’s no such thing as bad weather, only inappropriate equipment or clothing. Allow the child to experience and appreciate good weather and sunshine. How else could they value it if they don’t also encounter other extremes (snow, wind, or light fog)?
•Ensure your ski equipment is properly prepared before coming to the lesson.
•Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the lesson starts.
•Follow your instructor’s instructions.
•Adhere to all ski slope rules and FIS regulations.
•Stop only in safe areas (at the edge of the slope or above breakovers).
•Always wear a helmet while skiing; it is also recommended for adults.
•Kind words create a positive atmosphere.
•Do not leave the group without your instructor’s permission.
•Maintain a safe distance from others while skiing.
•Do not attend the lesson if you feel unwell and inform the ski school accordingly.
•If you get injured, notify your instructor immediately.
