Before arriving at the course, make sure you have all your ski equipment properly prepared.

•Arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the lesson starts.

•Follow the instructions of your instructor.

•Adhere to all ski resort rules and FIS regulations.

•Stop in a safe place (on the edge of the slope, above the break points).

•Wear a helmet while skiing; it is also recommended for all adults.

•A kind word finds its place.

•Do not leave the group without the instructor’s knowledge.

•Maintain a safe distance while skiing.

•Do not attend the course if you are feeling unwell, and inform the school about it.

•If you get injured, immediately notify the instructor.

The groups are small – up to 8 children per group. The children are placed in groups based on age and skill level.

If a participant progresses faster, or if there was an error in assessing their skill level, the instructors will ensure that they are placed in an appropriate group where their fast progress and safety will be properly supported.

The reservation or arrival notice is made by filling out the online form.

Before your arrival at the chosen location, we kindly ask you to notify us or make a reservation through the form on our website. Registrations are also accepted on-site every Saturday between 15:00 and 18:00. To book an individual lesson, please call the phone number of the chosen location or email us.

Notifying your arrival or making a reservation means you are booking a time slot to attend our ski school with high certainty, either through the online form or by email, which is specific to each location. We kindly ask that you notify us of your arrival, as this allows us to prepare better for a potentially larger turnout and avoid any inconveniences on the slopes.

The actual sign-up for the course takes place on-site, where you will receive protective vests, instructions on where and when to meet on the snow, and make the payment for the course.

We do not accept prepayments. However, you can be assured that by simply notifying us or receiving our confirmation of your online reservation or arrival notice, we guarantee that we will be present at the ski resort and skiing lessons will be provided.

Yes. Anyone using the ski lifts at the ski resort needs a ski pass.

Yes. A helmet is mandatory on the ski resort, especially when attending a ski course, for all minors. It is also recommended for adults.

No. Courses are held in all weather conditions, as long as the ski lifts are operating. They say there is no bad weather, only inappropriate equipment or footwear. Allow the possibility for a child to appreciate good weather and sunshine. How could this be possible if they don’t also experience the other extremes (snow, wind, or thick fog)?
